By the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-244 dated July 28, 2023 "On measures to further improve the system of training medical personnel for the field of physical education and sports and providing medical services to athletes", the Faculty of Medicine established under the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports was transformed into the Chirchik Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy (hereinafter referred to as the Branch). The branch has a certificate No. 2338365 issued by the Chirchik City Public Services Center on December 20, 2023, as a state institution. Today, the branch has 1 faculty and 7 departments. Of these, 3 departments are medical-biological, and the remaining 4 are clinical departments. The number of educational buildings is 4. There are 84 educational auditoriums and 7 lecture halls. About 74 highly qualified professors and teachers teach students. In the near future, agreements and discussions are being held with foreign investors to increase education exports, further increase the share of foreign students, implement joint international projects, and attract non-profit investments.

    Additionally, NEET qualification is mandatory. A maximum study gap of 3 years is permitted.
    For Pakistani students, candidates must have either passed the MDCAT with a minimum of 50% marks
    or completed FSC Pre-Medical/A-Level with at least 60% marks. A maximum study gap of 3 years is
    allowed.

  • What is the minimum percentage required?

    For Indian students, candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
    (PCB) for the general category, while a minimum of 50% marks is accepted for SC/ST/OBC categories.
    For Pakistani students, a minimum of 60% marks in FSc Pre-Medical or A-Level (with relevant science
    subjects) is required for eligibility.

  • What currency should students carry?

    All fees must be paid in USD (US Dollars). Students are required to carry the tuition fee for the first
    semester/Year along with accommodation charges in USD at the time of arrival. It is also
    recommended to bring an additional $200–$300 to cover initial personal expenses, such as local
    transport, meals, and other essentials during the first few weeks.

    All dues are to be paid on campus at the university’s Finance Department. Please note that all

    Examination) conducted by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).
